Return & Refund


We will do direct 1 for 1 substitute for products that arrive in the wrong condition-incorrect size, inaccurate printing, unsatisfactory printing. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please notify us within 7 days of receipt of goods if you would like to return your order. Send an email to

Step 1: Courier defected items to below address,

Step 2: Share receipt proof from courier provider and email to   

Together with [Defect detailing,bank account number, order number] notify us which goods you would like to exchange or return.

We recommend that all returns and exchanges be sent using a traceable carrier. We will not be held responsible for packages not received by us that were returned without a tracking number as reference to us.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you if have right to received refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain 2-3 days.


REFUND (if applicable)

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

1. Refund of courier charges if requested for exchange due to wrong condition-incorrect size, inaccurate printing, unsatisfactory printing. 

2. No reimbursement will be made available if the product are used (no longer in original condition), damage, sales item or changed of mind.
